Employee Audit Trail Page

Employee Audit Trail Page

To perform View menu tasks, your security group must have a minimum of view rights to the Scheduling Screen security function. To view dollar totals, you must have rates view access. If you do not have rates view access, then dollar totals display as zeroes.

Use this page to view an audit trial that shows information about the changes made to the selected employee’s schedule during the work week.

The employee's name displays above the grid, and the columns of the grid display the selected employee's audit trail from the start to the end date of the selected scheduling week. Its columns display start date and time, end date and time, site code, notes, the type of action taken (add and delete) the name of the user who edited the schedule, and the date and time of the edit. The text or description for the notes displays in the Note field.

Your security rights determine the information you can view, add, update, and delete in TimeSaver. For an overview of security information, see Security Overview.

TimeSaver uses three labor levels and provides flexibility for naming the labor levels. Throughout TimeSaver documentation you will see the default names for the levels: Site, Department and Position. If you see a different name on your TimeSaver web page, it is because your organization is using the flexible labelling feature. For more information, see Labels for Labor Levels.
