Shift Exception Icons

The shift exception flags (icons) are located in the lower right-hand corner of the employee-department-position cells.

Accessing the Page

Starting from the TimeSaver home page, make the following selections:

Icon Descriptions

Shift Exception Icons	Description
Overtime	The Overtime icon indicates employee scheduled shifts result in daily or weekly overtime pay.
Secondary Department-Position	The Secondary Department/Position icon indicates it is a secondary department/position for the employee.
Minor	The Minor icon indicates the employee is under 18 years old at the start of the scheduling week. ADP consultants work with you to set up the Minor Laws feature. It specifies the amount of time minors (age 17 and under) can work based on their age, as well as state and federal laws. This feature is informative only and does not prevent scheduling of minor employees for shifts. designates a minor employee in the Scheduling grid.
