Employee Export Overview

Use the Employee Export module to generate a file containing personal and payroll information for employees. The file is used to transfer data to another system. The kind of data and the data's format are determined through configuration settings. For more information about setting up export files, please contact your corporate payroll administrator or HR resource who can partner with the ADP Solution Center.

Accessing the Module

Starting from the TimeSaver home page, make the following selections:

Import/Export area ~ Employee Export link

Viewing the Status of the Employee Export Request

After running the export, you can check the status by going to the Request List area on the home page. From the Request List area, open the Import/Export Status folder, and then open the Employee Export Requests folder. The Employee Export Requests folder opens and displays the requests along with the date, time, status, and message for each request. Locate the requests you want to view, and review the status displayed in the Status column. For descriptions of the status icons, see Request List Menu Options.
