After processes are complete and you have reviewed the status of requests, you can delete listings from the Request List area of the TimeSaver home page.
Your security rights determine the information you can view, add, update, and delete in TimeSaver. For an overview of security information, see Security Overview.
Accessing the Page
Starting from the TimeSaver home page, make the following selections:
Request List area ~ <Applicable Request> folder ~ Delete Selected button

Delete Selected (button) |
Select the check box next to the specific entry you want to delete, and then click Delete Selected. A message displays, explaining that you are about to delete the request listing. You can delete requests when their status is Processing Completed or Completed with Errors. The Delete Selected button becomes available after you select one or more requests. To select or clear all check boxes at once, select or clear the check box next to the Date column heading. |
