This includes intuitive technical products and superior online Help both within the product and ADP4Me, our online resource and document repository, to enable you to work independently. Should you need any assistance with this product, please contact your corporate payroll administrator or HR resource. They will partner with the ADP TimeSaver Support Center to resolve any issues you may experience.

Please note that due to security guidelines, ADP personnel are unable to reset individual user's passwords. If you need assistance accessing your TimeSaver system, please contact your corporate payroll administrator or HR resource.

 

Prior to contacting your corporate payroll administrator or HR resource, please have the following information available to expedite resolution:

  1. Your Name
  2. Your company's name and telephone number
  3. The nature of your question or issue
  4. Any error messages that were displayed
