Actual vs. Forecast Report

Actual vs. Forecast Report

This report is used to compare amounts that are entered for the specified sites and criteria. (An example would be actual room occupancy compared to forecasted room occupancy for a hotel.)

This topic describes fields on the General tab that are unique to this report. For information about the other fields that display on the General tab, see Reporting - General Tab.

Accessing the Page

From the TimeSaver home page, make the following selections:

Reporting area ~ Labor Management link ~ Actual vs. Forecast

Field Descriptions

Variance Percent

Select the method for calculating the variance. The four methods are:

  • Actual-Forecast (forecast subtracted from actual)
  • Forecast-Actual (actual subtracted from forecast)
  • Actual/Forecast (actual divided by forecast)
  • Forecast/Actual (forecast divided by actual)

Show Absolute Variances

Select this check box to have absolute variances display on the report.
